I pride myself in helping people looking to overhaul their health, performance and fine tune their nutrition. I won’t send you your plan and disappear.
This is not ‘DM me for nutrition plans’
Working with me isn’t cheap or a budget option, particularly when it comes to direct one-to-one work. But I’m certainly not extortionate either. Due to the comprehensive and specific nature of nutrition, you get exactly what you pay for.
You are NOT ADVERSE to tracking your food intake with a food diary or on an app like My Fitness Pal (for a period of time, at least)
